Para confirmar la reserva, será necesario abonar un mínimo del 50% o su totalidad mediante transferencia bancaria, tarjeta de crédito, efectivo o a través de nuestra página web.

ChartersBCN confirmará la reserva y enviará todos los detalles.
Se abonará el pago restante una semana antes de la actividad o el día de la salida (mediante tarjeta o efectivo).

Las reservas de última hora se abonarán antes del embarque, en tarjeta de crédito o efectivo.

Condiciones de cancelación

En caso de anulación de una reserva por parte del cliente, dará derecho a la devolución del importe total de la salida y que éste haya sido abonado, según porcentajes indicados:
· Anulación antes de 30 días previos a la actividad: reembolso del 70%
· Anulación entre 15 y 29 días previos a la actividad: reembolso del 60%
· Anulación entre 3 y 14 días previos a la actividad: reembolso del 50%
La no presentación el día de la salida, no dará derecho a devolución; no obstante, se podrá buscar otra fecha disponible para realizar la actividad.
Se devolverá el importe de la totalidad de la salida, en caso de condiciones climatológicas adversas para el disfrute de la navegación y la seguridad.
